Curiouser Colorado ("we," "us") is a small family hospitality business run by Sean and Cindy, hosting guests at Heron Pond in Broomfield, Colorado and Terra Cottage in Crestone, Colorado. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

  • Booking details: dates, guest count, property booked, and communications about your stay.

  • If you provide your mobile number when booking, you may receive transactional text messages about your stay (for example: check-in instructions, door codes, checkout reminders). Message frequency is typically a few messages per stay.

  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile phone number with any third party for marketing purposes.
